Majoritatea proprietarilor știu că, la fel ca generațiile anterioare de BMW echipate cu un afișaj digital, stratul anti-reflexie de pe suprafața clusterului / ecranului este extrem de moale și susceptibil la zgârieturi / urme, chiar și atunci când se folosesc cele mai delicate microfibre pentru curățare.

Stratul anti-reflexie este cunoscut și pentru că se poate dezlipi și separa de pe ecran din cauza deteriorării cauzate de razele UV. Drept urmare, în timp, clusterul devine greu de citit în lumina directă a soarelui, anulând scopul stratului anti-reflexie. Folia de protecție de înaltă calitate folosită este rezistentă la UV și previne dezlipirea.

Odată montată, orice zgârieturi sau urme preexistente pe cluster sunt ascunse. Ambele finisaje ajută semnificativ la reducerea strălucirii solare și a amprentelor.

Ambele finisaje vor masca în aceeași măsură orice deteriorare preexistentă (urme și zgârieturi).

Mai mult, amprentele reziduale rezultate din utilizare sunt semnificativ reduse / mai puțin vizibile după instalarea kitului.

Folia de protecție folosită este o folie auto de înaltă calitate, auto-vindecătoare, care oferă claritate ridicată, protecție UV, durabilitate și inhibitori împotriva îngălbenirii, pentru a asigura un aspect curat și durabil, similar cu cel original.
