Are 2Forge wheels forged or flow formed?

Both, depending on the model. The ZF1 to ZF9 are flow forged: 2Forge forms and heat-treats the alloy, then draws the barrel out under pressure. You may also see this called flow forming, and we list these wheels as semi-forged. The ZF8-R, ZF9-R, AF1 and AF2 are fully forged wheels from 2Forge's Aero Forged range.
What's the difference between the ZF range and the fully forged wheels?

The ZF wheels come in set sizes, widths and colours that vary by model, and 2Forge drills and machines them to suit your car. The fully forged ZF8-R, ZF9-R, AF1 and AF2 are built to order from 17 to 23 inches, with the width, offset and colour specified for your build. Fully forged wheels generally cost more because of how they are made.
Will 2Forge wheels fit my car?

2Forge drills each wheel to your car's stud pattern (PCD), including common patterns such as 5x112 and 5x120, and machines it to the offset you need. 2Forge says that in most cases you won't need spacers. Give us your car's model and registration when you order and we'll check the spec with you before production.
Which finishes can I choose?

It depends on the model. Across the ZF range, our listings include Gloss Black, Matt Black, Gloss Gunmetal, Matt Gunmetal, Bronze, Silver and White, but each model has its own list, so check the product page. The fully forged ZF8-R, ZF9-R, AF1 and AF2 come in a custom colour, which you confirm in your order notes.
Where are 2Forge wheels made, and can I use them on track?

2Forge says its wheels are designed, engineered and made in the UK, and built to order rather than taken from stock. 2Forge also says its wheels are JWL and VIA certified and engineered for both fast road and track use.

Flow forged ZF wheels

2Forge makes its ZF wheels by forming and heat-treating the alloy, then drawing the barrel out under intense pressure before final machining and finishing. This is often called flow forming, and on our product pages you'll see these wheels listed as semi-forged. We stock the ZF1, ZF2, ZF3, ZF4, ZF5, ZF6, ZF7, ZF8 and ZF9. Sizes, widths and colours vary by model, so check each product page.

Fully forged ZF8-R, ZF9-R, AF1 and AF2

The ZF8-R, ZF9-R, AF1 and AF2 are fully forged and sit in 2Forge's Aero Forged range. They are built to order from 17 to 23 inches in a custom colour of your choice. We also list a ZF8-R set for the Audi R8 with the sizes and offsets already worked out.
