AUTOID does not accept unauthorised returns. If an item must be returned, the customer must first contact us, and obtain a return authorisation number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package. Shipping costs, unless otherwise specially provided for, are the buyer’s responsibility. An invoice, with date of sale, must be included with the return package. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received by AUTOID’s within 14 days of your original receipt of the product. No credit will be issued for damaged, installed or deformed items. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit. Special order items cannot be returned, unless they have manufacturer’s defects. Please note that any damage must be reported to AUTOID prior to any installation. We cannot offer any exchange or refunds on items that have been installed or used.
