DAMAGED ITEMS

AUTOID and its suppliers deliver merchandise to carriers properly protected and packaged. Therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package (i.e., specific damage) on your receipt from the carrier along with your signature. If damage is discovered after opening the package, notify the carrier immediately. Claims for damage must be handled through the carrier, not AUTOID.  If necessary, we will assist you in any claim to the degree practical.

AUTOID and its manufacturers and supported retailers deliver merchandise to carriers properly protected and packaged. Any damage incurred in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier.
