I want to return an item, where do I start?

Please visit https://autoid.co/policies/refund-policy to see if you are eligible for a return. Then email 'sales@autoid.uk.com' with your order number and details on the return. We’ll respond to you within 24 hours (weekdays), to confirm receipt and give more details on the return process.

 

My item arrived damaged, faulty or not as described. What should I do?

Do you ship outside of the U.K?

Yes, we ship worldwide. You can check your estimated shipping price at checkout.

 

My item says it been dispatched, how can I track it?

Do you provide a warranty on your parts?
