El sistema de admisión Eventuri para el 991 Turbo fue desarrollado mediante extensas pruebas en condiciones reales con el objetivo de permitir que los turbocompresores funcionen de manera más eficiente. Al reemplazar la caja de aire única de serie por alojamientos individuales de filtro Venturi patentados, los turbocompresores pueden girar y generar presión con menos resistencia. Como resultado, los ciclos de trabajo de la válvula de descarga se reducen, lo que produce la presión máxima a revoluciones más bajas y, por lo tanto, un aumento del rendimiento. Los dos filtros individuales ofrecen una mayor área de filtración en comparación con el filtro de panel único de serie. Además, para mantener bajas las temperaturas del aire de admisión, los alojamientos Venturi están sellados contra un conducto de aire que toma aire ambiente desde la misma ubicación que el sistema original. Dado que el compartimento del motor del 911 Turbo está muy compacto, solo se pueden evitar altas temperaturas del aire de admisión asegurando un sistema de admisión completamente sellado. La combinación de un flujo de aire más suave hacia cada turbocompresor con bajas temperaturas de admisión resulta en un mayor rendimiento y una respuesta del acelerador más rápida en comparación con la caja de aire original.
