Modifications

With the BMW iX3 built on the all-new Neue Klasse platform, aftermarket modifications are expected to evolve rapidly once the vehicle hits the streets.

Given its modular architecture and growing enthusiast interest in EV customisation, we anticipate upgrades in aero styling kits from TRE, suspension and wheel spacer packages from Cobra and Bimecc, and performance software tuning for throttle response and regen braking behaviour.

While traditional exhaust mods are off the table, attention will likely turn to aesthetic enhancements, audio upgrades.

As BMW's new Panoramic iDrive and “Heart of Joy” system become more widespread, developers may also explore custom driving profiles and digital interfaces for a more personalised experience..

Why This Matters

The BMW iX3 isn’t just another electric SUV -it’s a forward looking showcase embedding the Neue Klasse’s design philosophy, breakthrough tech, and digital first mentality. It clearly signals BMW’s intention to pivot toward a smarter, more sustainable, and software-enabled future without losing its characteristic driving focus.
