The FORM FI-1 is a complete pre-preg carbon fibre aero programme for the Audi RS6 C8 Avant, developed exclusively by Form Industries and prototype-validated at AUTOID before committing to production. Every piece in this kit — front splitter, front bumper covers, side skirts, rear diffuser, and rear spoiler — was fitted to a customer vehicle at AUTOID and returned to Form with structured real-world feedback on fitment, panel alignment, and finish integration. The result is a cohesive aero package that transforms the RS6 C8’s factory stance without compromise, built to the material and finish standard the car demands.

Produced entirely in autoclave-cured pre-preg carbon fibre, the FI-1 kit carries none of the surface inconsistency or structural softness associated with wet lay-up construction. Each component locates directly to factory mounting points — no permanent modification to the bodywork is required — and the 2×2 twill weave is finished in a UV-stable high-gloss clear coat lacquer that holds its depth over time.
