TRE
TRE ("T-R-E") products represent the pinnacle of the AUTOID range. Each product is built to the very highest standards and are covered by an industry leading two year warranty. The sole aim of each part in this range is to push boundaries and bring you closer to The Racers Edge.
The pre-preg (dry) manufacturing method used in TRE carbon fibre parts is lighter, stronger and more premium than those found in it's range.
Installation
We always recommend seeking professional assistance when looking to install our products. AUTOID has partnered with a number of dealers around the world to enable you to walk in and have items fitted locally.

WARRANTY
We stand by every product in the AUTOID store. Therefore, all products are delivered with a warranty. The TRE range of parts are covered by industry-leading two-year warranty. Our warranty terms are the same across every product and cover any manufacturing defects that could occur over time, outside of usual wear and tear.
SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping on every product we stock on the AUTOID store.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event you need to return your item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Products that are bought during a promotional period or built to order will not be eligible for a refund. Please visit our return center.

Similar to a traditional loan service, it’s a flexible finance account provided by NewDay. Can I finance my order?
Yes. We offer a range of finance products.
We offer the widely adopted Klarna and ClearPay for split weekly payments.
We also offer longer term instalments via Klarna and NewPay.

What's your return policy?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your product arrives with you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Will my products include a warranty?
Yes. All products sold on the AUTOID store include a minimum 6 month warranty in addition to any manufacturer warranties (which may supersede this period). For more information on warranties, check our terms.

How long will it take to arrive?
Delivery times will vary depending on product, time of year, location and courier used.
Generally items in the UK will arrive within 1-3 days for express shipping and 2-5 days for standard or free shipping.
For shipping outside of the UK, times will vary from 2-5 days for express shipping and 3-10 days for standard shipping.

Some modifications can affect the manufacturer warranty provided with your vehicle.
Whilst AUTOID can advise, we cannot confirm if a product will or will not affect your vehicle warranty. It's always advised to check with your dealer and finance provider prior to purchasing and installing parts.
