This product is designed for closed-course and competition use only. It is not road legal and must not be used on public roads. Installation and use are entirely at the customer's own risk.

The Milltek Sport Z-Pipe is a 3D printed 316L stainless steel crossover that merges exhaust pulses from the BMW S58's two cylinder banks. The result is a more exotic note with less rasp and reduced back pressure — under load the sound is cleaner and higher-pitched, and on deceleration the deep rumble and burble are more pronounced. The advanced 3D printing process keeps weight increase over a traditional X-Pipe minimal.

This system pairs a 102mm GPF/OPF bypass mid-pipe with the Z-Pipe crossover, available for Milltek or OE axle-back fitment. The Z-Pipe Upgrade Only variant is for existing Milltek mid-pipe customers upgrading from an X-Pipe, resonator or twin straight pipes — the Z-Pipe cannot be used on its own.
