Q: What is the difference between the CS front splitter and a standard splitter?

A: The CS front splitter references the geometry of BMW's own M2 CS package front treatment - it features a wider, more pronounced lower lip with a more aggressive taper at the outer edges compared to a standard front splitter. It is the most popular front splitter option for the F87C because of its OEM-inspired but more aggressive profile.

Q: Are LHD and RHD versions of the mirror covers both available?

A: Yes. The FORM Industries mirror covers are available in both left-hand drive and right-hand drive configurations. Please specify your vehicle's drive side when ordering - the mirror cap geometry differs between LHD and RHD vehicles.

Q: Do all the carbon pieces match in terms of weave and finish?

A: Yes. All components in the kit share the same 2x2 carbon weave specification and are finished with a high-gloss UV-protective lacquer. This ensures a consistent carbon grain and gloss level across the full kit - an important consideration when combining multiple carbon components on a single vehicle.

Q: Is there a warranty on the carbon components?

A: All carbon components are quality checked before dispatch. AUTOID provides a warranty against manufacturing defects. Please inspect all items on receipt and contact us within 7 days if you identify any defect. Warranty does not cover damage caused by installation, stone chips, or track use.

Q: Is this kit available for the standard F87 M2 (non-Competition)?

A: Some components in this kit may also fit the standard F87 M2, but fitment varies by component. The front splitter and rear diffuser are shaped specifically for the Competition model's bumper profile. Please contact us to confirm which components from the kit are compatible with your specific car.
