Can I finance my order?
Yes. We offer a range of finance products.
We offer the widely adopted Klarna and ClearPay for split weekly payments.
We also offer longer term instalments via Klarna and NewPay.

What's your return policy?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your product arrives with you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Yes. We ship worldwide. We have shipped to over 75 countries to date.
Will my products include a warranty?
Yes. All products sold on the AUTOID store include a minimum 6 month warranty in addition to any manufacturer warranties (which may supersede this period). For more information on warranties, check our terms.

How long will it take to arrive?
Delivery times will vary depending on product, time of year, location and courier used.
Generally items in the UK will arrive within 1-3 days for express shipping and 2-5 days for standard or free shipping.
For shipping outside of the UK, times will vary from 2-5 days for express shipping and 3-10 days for standard shipping.

Will these products effect my vehicle warranty?
Some modifications can affect the manufacturer warranty provided with your vehicle.
Whilst AUTOID can advise, we cannot confirm if a product will or will not affect your vehicle warranty. It's always advised to check with your dealer and finance provider prior to purchasing and installing parts.

Can you install my products for me?
Yes. We offer fitting at our HQ in Brentwood, Essex, UK.
