Akrapovič splits the Evolution Line into two separate part numbers for the RS Q8 purely because of how the system is packaged for shipping — both boxes are required, and the exhaust cannot be installed with only one. Built from high-grade, low-weight titanium with valve housings cast at Akrapovič's in-house foundry, the Evolution Line features a central muffler flanked by two valves and a link pipe with an X-connection. The X-connection sharpens the sound into a characteristic Akrapovič high-frequency tone through the upper rev range, backed by a deep, iconic rumble low down for a distinctive V8 growl — with a genuine comfort mode for drone-free cruising. It's finished with eye-catching titanium and carbon-fibre tailpipes exiting either side of the rear bumper, so there's no separate tailpipe choice to make.
