Financial Controller in Automotive Industry

Role Summary
Join the AUTOID financial dream team! We're a small business on the rise, having doubled in size every year for the past five years. Now, we're looking for a full-time finance manager to help us reach new heights and make their mark on our quickly growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts up to trial balance, including bookkeeping and payroll
- Assist with preparation of annual financial statements
- Manage cash flow, cash flow forecasting, and strategy
- Financial planning and forecasting (profit and loss statements, cash flow forecasts, balance sheets)
- Optimize finance processes with our e-commerce platforms (Shopify)
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in accounting
- Qualified or in-training accounting experience (preferred)
- Knowledge and experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
- Proficiency with Xero accounting system and technology (including Excel)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and social skills
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively overcome challenges
