The FORM FI-1 Pre-preg Carbon Fibre Front Bumper Covers are an exclusive design by Form Industries for the Audi RS6 C8 Avant and RS7 C8 Sportback, transforming the factory front bumper's accent panels with precision-formed carbon fibre pieces that raise the material quality and visual intent of these cars' already imposing front ends. The images show the prototype set that AUTOID fitted to a customer vehicle and returned to Form with real-world feedback on panel alignment, sensor clearance, and finish integration — a process that ensures each production piece meets the standard the car demands. Each panel is formed to match factory bumper geometry precisely, slotting into place without modification to the factory cooling, sensor, or bumper structure.
