• 1 x Splitter Anteriore FORM Industries in Fibra di Carbonio (pre-preg, tessuto 2x2)

1. Preparazione

• Parcheggiare l'auto su una superficie piana e sollevare leggermente la parte anteriore con rampe o cric/supporti (per spazio).

• Raccogliere gli strumenti: strumenti per la rimozione delle rifiniture, set di chiavi a bussola, cacciavite, trapano con punta per viti autofilettanti e nastro adesivo (opzionale per proteggere la vernice).

2. Rimuovere il Labbro Nero Lucido OEM

• Individuare i fissaggi OEM sotto il labbro anteriore.

• Svitare o sganciare con cura.

• Tirare delicatamente il labbro nero lucido OEM dal paraurti — usare strumenti per la rifinitura per evitare di graffiare la vernice.

3. Prova di Montaggio dello Splitter Anteriore FORM

• Posizionare lo splitter FORM al posto del labbro OEM.

• Assicurarsi che sia allineato con i bordi del paraurti e che sia a filo.

• Effettuare regolazioni finché il montaggio non è perfetto. Usare nastro adesivo temporaneamente per tenerlo in posizione se necessario.

4. Fissare con Viti Autofilettanti

• Partendo dal centro, forare con viti autofilettanti attraverso lo splitter nella parte inferiore del paraurti.

• Lavorare verso l'esterno, fissando le viti in modo uniforme per mantenere l'allineamento.

• Ricontrollare la distanza in modo che lo splitter sia montato simmetricamente.

5. Controlli Finali

• Confermare che tutte le viti siano strette ma non eccessivamente serrate (per evitare di spanare).

• Ispezionare l'allineamento dello splitter da davanti e dai lati.

• Abbassare il veicolo e controllare l'altezza da terra.
