Ordered the carbon MK7 Golf GTI wings. Poor customer service, no responsibility taken for the problems, poor finish, poor fitment, no riv-nuts for the mounting holes, both wings had completely different sized mounting holes. I understand carbon parts aren’t always 100% for fitment but these were off in multiple places, I also understand that these are recommended to be painted or lacquered but that doesn’t mean sub-par products should be sent out. As these are made to order, £750 and take 4-6 weeks to be delivered the craftsmanship should be a much higher level than it is, maybe the defects would be more understandable if they were mass produced and they’d slipped through a quality check by accident. I also understand these are not the most expensive carbon wings for this car on the market but it doesn’t mean that I should receive sub-par products. There response was that they ‘fall inline with our level of leniency’, we apologise that key mounting riv-nuts were missed, and that they can’t do anything else. Overall very disappointed, not the company I thought they were boasting 5 star reviews and good products online.

Love these carbon fenders, completely change the look on the car! Easy to install too. AUTOID were really helpful with letting me know the whole process with shipping too, highly reccomend!!
