PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Automotive Workshop Tech (Aftermarket Parts) to work in our workshop, providing technical support and expertise in the installation and maintenance of aftermarket parts. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive systems and excellent problem-solving skills.

RESPONSIBLITIES
The role’s responsibilities will be:
- Diagnose and repair faults in vehicles, focusing on aftermarket parts installation and maintenance
- Maintain clean and tidy workshop
- Stripping / Remove Vehicle Trims and Bumpers
- Installing Vehicle Styling Parts including but not limited to: Mirror Covers, Front Bumpers, Front Splitters & Lips, Front Grilles, Side Skirts, Rear Bumpers, Rear Diffusers, Rear Wings, Rear Spoilers, Alloy Wheels
- Modifying and Adapting aftermarket Exhausts, Suspension components, Carbon Fibre & ABS Parts
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard, meeting company and industry quality expectations

REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on aftermarket parts installation and maintenance - BMW Model Experience is required
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience on camera (or happy to appear on camera for YouTube content)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
