At AUTOID, we take great care in getting your order to you safely and efficiently — no matter where you are in the world. To ensure you receive the best possible shipping rates and delivery times, we partner with a range of trusted couriers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

If you prefer a specific courier, we’re happy to accommodate your request whenever possible. Please note that additional charges may apply depending on the carrier and destination.

Every order is packed with the utmost care — items are wrapped in protective bubble wrap and secured in a durable cardboard box, with edge protectors added for larger or more delicate products.

If your item is in stock, you can expect it to be dispatched within one working day, so your order is on its way to you as quickly as possible.


📦 How We Calculate Shipping Rates

Our website automatically provides an estimated shipping rate based on the weight and dimensions of your order. This estimate is pre-calculated to give you a close idea of your shipping cost at checkout.

In rare cases where the rate is inaccurate, we may contact you to adjust the shipping fee to reflect the correct amount. We’ll always communicate clearly with you before any additional charges are applied.


💰 Duties & Taxes

Please note that our website does not display pre-calculated import duties or taxes. Because our product line varies widely in size and type, these charges are determined by your local customs office upon import.

You may be responsible for paying import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees as assessed by your country’s customs authority. Unfortunately, these charges are beyond our control.

If you have concerns about these costs, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
⚠️ Please do not reject your parcel due to customs charges, as doing so may result in return shipping fees and duties still being applied to your order.


🇺🇸 U.S.A. Tariffs

Due to the tariff changes implemented in September 2025 under the Trump administration, some couriers have been incorrectly classifying certain parcels — often assuming the contents are made of steel or aluminium, which can lead to inflated duty rates.

If you receive a notice from your courier indicating duties exceeding 50% of your product’s value, please contact them directly to request a re-assessment (re-rate) of the package. Our team is happy to assist you through this process, though we cannot guarantee the outcome.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, please let us know right away — we’ll arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

If we’ve sent you the wrong item, we’ll gladly send the correct one at no additional cost to you.

However, if you’ve ordered the wrong product, you may be required to return it to us and cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
