Der ADRO Heckspoiler aus Kohlefaser wird aus unserer handgefertigten Kohlefaser hergestellt, um sicherzustellen, dass er so stark und leicht wie möglich ist, während er die Leistung durch Verringerung des Luftwiderstands unterstützt und so die Effizienz des elektrischen Antriebsstrangs des Tesla Model Y verbessert. Der Spoiler ist äußerst einfach zu montieren und passt, als käme er direkt aus dem Werk, ohne seltsame Spaltmaße oder unebene Flächen, da wir unser eigenes 3D-Scan-Verfahren verwendet haben, um eine perfekte Passform unserer Bauteile zu gewährleisten. Der Kohlefaser-Spoiler für das Tesla Model Y ist genau das, was dem Model Y die ganze Zeit gefehlt hat.
Diese hochwertige Frontlippe wird aus 100 % echtem Prepreg-Kohlefasergewebe gefertigt und ist ultraleicht, dabei äußerst haltbar und von hoher Qualität. Prepreg-Kohlefaser (auch Trockenfaser genannt), die häufig in hochwertigen Rennwagen und Supersportwagen verwendet wird, ist nun auch für Fahrer erhältlich, die nur das Beste wünschen.
Mit Hilfe der numerischen Strömungsmechanik (CFD) hat unser Team von Aerodynamikern die Effizienzsteigerungen eines Tesla Model Y mit dem vollständigen Karosserie-Kit von ADRO im Vergleich zu einem Serienfahrzeug getestet.
Unsere CFD-Analysen zeigten eine Verringerung des Gesamtluftwiderstands um 4,4 % und eine Erhöhung des Anpressdrucks um 727 N, die sich aus der Montage aller vier ADRO-Teile – Frontlippe, Seitenschweller, Heckdiffusor und Spoiler – ergeben.
Das bedeutet, dass das Premium-Prepreg-Kohlefaser-Karosserie-Kit von ADRO das Model Y noch aerodynamisch effizienter gemacht hat, was sich letztlich positiv auf die Reichweite und Leistung auswirkt.
