I went with 12mm in the front and 15mm on the rear on my G42 M240i. It's certainly an improvement but I'd maybe be tempted to go with a slightly more agressive fitment on the rear. I think 12mm on the front is fine with stock wheels on 245/35/19 tyres, but the rear arch still looks a bit roomy on 255/35/19, but this is probably more to do those tyres being quite stretched, so 15mm on the rear may be fine with appropriately sized tyres.

The install of these spacers was very easy. The hub makes it easy to mount and the bolt pattern makes orientation obvious. The only problem was one of my rear wheel hub flanges was slightly expanded, and I had to use a rubber mallet to hammer the spacer onto the wheel hub. But it did ultimatly fit.
