1. Valmistelut

• Irrota varovasti ruuvit tai klipsit.

• Vedä varovasti OEM-kiiltävä musta huuli pois puskurista — käytä trimmaustyökaluja maalipinnan naarmuuntumisen välttämiseksi.

3. Testaa FORM-etusplitteri

• Aseta FORM-splitteri OEM-huulen tilalle.

• Varmista, että se on linjassa puskurin reunojen kanssa ja istuu tasaisesti.

• Tee säätöjä, kunnes istuvuus on täydellinen. Käytä tarvittaessa teippiä pitämään se väliaikaisesti paikallaan.

4. Kiinnitä itseporautuvilla ruuveilla

• Aloita keskeltä ja poraa itseporautuvat ruuvit splitterin läpi puskurin alapuolelle.

• Työskentele ulospäin reunoja kohti, kiinnittäen ruuvit tasaisesti kohdistuksen säilyttämiseksi.

• Tarkista vielä kerran, että etäisyydet ovat symmetriset ja splitter on asennettu tasaisesti.

5. Lopulliset tarkistukset

• Varmista, että kaikki ruuvit ovat tiukasti kiinni, mutta eivät liian kireällä (vähentääksesi kierteen vaurioitumista).

• Tarkista splitterin kohdistus edestä ja sivuilta.

• Laske ajoneuvoa ja tarkista maavara.
