A: TUV is a German technical inspection and certification body. A TUV-certified front splitter has been independently tested to meet safety and quality standards for road use across European markets - giving you confidence it is road-legal for worldwide use.

Q: Does this fit the Golf GTI Mk7 (pre-facelift)?

A: No. The EVO-1 is designed specifically for the Mk7.5 facelift (2017–2020). The Mk7 and Mk7.5 have different lower front bumper profiles that are not cross-compatible.

Q: Is the 1K-PU adhesive necessary?

A: No. The splitter fits securely using the included hardware alone. The optional 1K-PU adhesive is available for extra security - particularly useful for track use. AUTOID can supply this separately.
