We’re thrilled to welcome you to the exclusive AUTOID Partner Program, AUTOID B2B.
If you're here, its because your company meets the high standards we set at AUTOID for our partners; and you’ll now have access to our carefully selected catalogue of brands and products that meet these same standards.
To help get you started, we’ve created summarised all if the common questions and processes for our B2B program.
Signing into your dealer account is straightforward. Use the email address you provided during the application process to log in to the portal. You should have received an email inviting you to create a password and log in.
If you encounter any issues accessing your account or believe you've used an incorrect email address, please contact our sales team at sales@autoid.co for assistance.
Navigating our dealer portal is a breeze. There are three key ways to locate products:
Search Bar
On the top right-hand side of the page (top left-hand side for mobile), you'll see a 🔍 (magnifying glass) symbol. Tap this icon to expand the search bar, where you can search by product name, brand, SKU, or car model.
Search by Car
Tap the "Shop By Car" button (located within the menu ≡ on the top left-hand side for mobile) to access the Mega Menu. Here, you can filter products by Make > Model > Generation/Year.
Search by Brand
Tap the "Shop By Brand" button (also located within the menu ≡) to select your desired brand from the Mega Menu.
Products Not Listed
If you can't find a specific product or brand, our team can likely source it for you. Contact us at sales@autoid.co or phone +44 (0) 1277 366893.
Discounts, Pricing, and Rate Card
All prices for UK-based companies purchased are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Purchases from outside of the UK will be exclusive of VAT. Our latest rate card can be found below. Standard pricing applies to all dealers.
Payment Methods
We prefer payments via BACS, although credit and debit cards are also accepted. Payments made via PayPal will be cancelled.
Net Payment Terms
Payments are due upon purchase unless otherwise agreed. Net payment terms may be negotiated based on your company's trading history, financial position, and transaction history. These terms are not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time without notice.
Lead Times
Some products may have lead times listed at the point of purchase. These are best-case scenario estimates and may change due to external factors beyond AUTOID's or its suppliers' control. We strongly advise against booking any fittings until your ordered parts have arrived and been inspected. AUTOID is not liable for any fitting costs, consequential losses, or compensation due to delays. Please notify us of any damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery.
Order Status and Tracking
You can check the status of your orders on your dealer portal here. If you have any concerns about delays, contact our sales team at sales@autoid.co for more information.
Returns & Exchange Policies
Returns are accepted within 14 days in their original, unused condition and packaging. Items that have been modified, used, or damaged are not eligible for return. A restocking fee may apply.
Product Warranties
Items are covered by a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects. Paintwork carries a 1-year warranty. No warranty is provided for racing, track days, or similar events.
