🔧 Benötigte Werkzeuge:

  • Nietpistole (Sie können sie hier kaufen)

  • Bohrer + Bohrerspitze (nur wenn Ihr Auto noch keine Löcher hat)

  • Schraubendreher

  • Reinigungstuch + Reinigungsspray

📝 Installationsschritte:

  1. Reinigen & vorbereiten des Radhaus- und Verkleidungsbereichs [-0.094rem] [show_150ms_ease-in]

    • Reinigen Sie die Radhauskante und die innere Verkleidung gründlich (entfernen Sie Schmutz, Dreck, Öl oder Fett). Eine saubere, trockene Oberfläche hilft, dass Verkleidung und Schutz richtig sitzen.

    • Falls Ihre Radhausschützer das Entfernen vorhandener Clips oder Befestigungen (Popnieten oder Schrauben) von der Radhausverkleidung erfordern – entfernen Sie diese zuerst vorsichtig.

  2. Probemontage der Radhausschützer zur Überprüfung der Ausrichtung

    • Halten Sie den Radhausschutz an den Radhausbogen, um die Passform zu prüfen: Folgt er der Kurve, stimmen die Schrauben-/Nietenlochpositionen überein (oder wo Sie bohren werden)? Dies hilft, falsch ausgerichtete Löcher oder Lücken zu vermeiden.

  3. Bringen Sie die Radhausschützer mit Nieten/Clips und Ihrer Nietpistole an

    • Positionieren Sie den Schutz, stecken Sie Nieten (oder mitgelieferte Clips/Befestigungen) durch die Löcher von Schutz und Verkleidung. Verwenden Sie Ihre Nietpistole, um die Nieten „aufzupoppen“: so wird der Schutz fest fixiert.

    • Die Nietpistole sollte den Nietschaft ziehen, bis der Nietenkopf gegen Schutz und Verkleidung presst – und sie so zusammen fixiert.

  4. Verkleidung wieder anbringen oder sichern (falls zutreffend)

    • Nachdem der Radhausschutz befestigt ist, bringen Sie die innere Radhausverkleidung wieder an – entweder mit den mitgelieferten Stopfen/Nieten oder den originalen Verkleidungsbefestigungen (wenn sie passen). Dies sorgt dafür, dass Verkleidung und Schutz eine feste, saubere Einheit bilden.

    • Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Schutz bündig und nahtlos mit der Verkleidung/Karosserie abschließt: keine Lücken, keine losen Kanten.

  5. Endkontrolle und Reinigung

    • Nachdem alles befestigt ist, überprüfen Sie nochmals, ob alle Nieten/Clips fest sitzen, die Schutzvorrichtungen sicher sind und die Verkleidung richtig angebracht ist.

    • Reinigen Sie alle Fingerabdrücke oder Rückstände und stellen Sie sicher, dass kein Schmutz zwischen Schutz und Karosserie eingeschlossen ist.
