The FORM FI-1 Pre-preg Carbon Fibre Front Splitter is an exclusive design developed by Form Industries for the Audi RS6 C8 Avant and RS7 C8 Sportback. The images show the prototype kit that AUTOID fitted to a customer vehicle and returned to Form with detailed real-world feedback — allowing the team to refine the geometry, fitment, and finish before committing to full production. The result is a front splitter that sits beneath the factory bumper line with precision, adding visual aggression and improved front-end aerodynamics without permanent modification to the factory bodywork. Autoclave-cured pre-preg carbon fibre construction delivers structural stiffness and surface consistency that wet lay-up carbon simply cannot match.
