PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This opportunity is open to a person that works with full autonomy to create and implement sales strategies within social media, automotive forums, and live events. You should love creating, reaching, and exceeding goals. The role will be a full-time opportunity with scope to recruit and manage a team of people; leading them along AUTOID’s vision of providing a platform for everyone to express themselves through their cars.

RESPONSIBLITIES

The role’s responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and Optimise the AUTOID Sales & Conversion Funnel (including e-commerce strategy)
  • Prospect Leads across key channels: Social Media, Social Media Groups, Events, Online Forums, Outbound Phone calls
  • Communicate with & Quote Inbound Leads via Email, Social Media, Live Chat system and Phone calls
  • Convert Leads to customers and develop long lasting positive customer relationship
  • Manage Customer Retention and Referrals
  • Actively attend and engage in automotive social events & meets
  • Actively interact in social groups associated with the firms goals (i.e WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups)
  • Analyse sales data and develop strategies for business growth
  • Assist with Customer Service Queries
  • Manage and enhance existing B2B relationships
  • Develop and Grow B2B strategy
  • Prospect B2B Leads across key channels: Social Media, Events, Outbound Phone calls

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND CHARACTERISTICS

  • Passionate about cars and the automotive sector
  • Knowledge & work experience in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Sales & Goal driven.
  • Ability to work well and thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident, clear, and well spoken.
  • Autonomous; the ability to work and grow without heavy guidance.
  • Proactive mentality, keen to foreshadow hurdles and overcome challenges faced.

SALARY

£25,000 + Commission (based on experience and performance)

WORKING HOURS

Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
