Gemaakt van lichtgewicht, handgemaakt carbonvezel, is deze vleugel afgewerkt met een hoogglanslak voor een premium uitstraling. Hij wordt ondersteund door twee zwaanhalshouders van lichtgewicht CNC-gefreesd aluminium, zorgvuldig ontworpen om een optimale balans tussen sterkte en minimaal gewicht te bieden. Hoogwaardige titanium bouten bevestigen de vleugel aan de houders, terwijl extra titanium verstevigingen op belangrijke draaipunten de structurele stabiliteit verbeteren.
Geïnspireerd door motorsportontwerp is het aerofoil-profiel ontwikkeld om een uitzonderlijke balans te bereiken tussen neerwaartse kracht en luchtweerstand. Een subtiele lip aan de achterrand verhoogt de neerwaartse kracht verder om de aerodynamische prestaties te maximaliseren.
Specifiek geoptimaliseerd voor de BMW M2 en M240i, is de vleugel verfijnd met behulp van computational fluid dynamics (CFD) om maximale efficiëntie te garanderen zonder extra turbulentie aan de achterkant of ongewenst windgeruis langs de zijkanten van het voertuig te creëren.
De vleugel biedt drie handmatige verstelposities, waarmee u de gewenste hoek kunt instellen voordat u gaat rijden. Hij is ABE-goedgekeurd (AKR-WI KBA 31882) en afgewerkt met een discreet Akrapovič monochroom logo aan elke zijde.
