Can you install my products for me?
Yes. We offer fitting at our HQ in Chelmsford, Essex, UK. You can request in 2 ways:
1) Please add products to your basket and add the pop up in the basket “Request Product Install Quote - Price TBC”

Can I finance my order?
Yes. We offer a range of finance products.
We offer the widely adopted Klarna and ClearPay for split weekly payments.
We also offer longer term instalments via Klarna and NewPay.

What's your return policy?
We have a 28 day return policy. From the point of receiving your order you have 14 days to request a return on our portal. If accepted, you will receive an email and then you have a further 14 days to return the product to us.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide. We have shipped to over 90 countries to date. If you reach checkout and you are not able to get a shipping rate, please contact our team and we will provide you with a custom quote to purchase.
Will my products include a warranty?
Yes. All products sold on the AUTOID store include a minimum 6 month warranty in addition to any manufacturer warranties (which may supersede this period). For more information on warranties, check our terms.

How long will it take to arrive?
Delivery times will vary depending on product, time of year, location and courier used.
In stock items in the UK will generally arrive within 2-4 days working days.
For in stock items shipping outside of the UK, shipping time is 3-5 days working days for express shipping and 3-10 working days for standard shipping.
