ADRO's Carbon Fibre Rear Diffuser is built for owners who want to retain the car's clean lines while adding the visual weight and aerodynamic intent the factory design deliberately holds back. Aggressive fins, deep channels and a sculpted lower face transform an otherwise flat rear valance into something that finally matches the performance beneath it.

The diffuser is laid up in genuine pre-preg carbon fibre | the same construction method used in motorsport bodywork | for a panel that is stiffer, lighter and more dimensionally stable than wet-laid alternatives. The weave is straight, the resin is even and the autoclave-cured surface holds a deep, glass-smooth gloss that complements Tesla's paint palette without competing with it.

ADRO mapped the Model S underbody using 3D scanning, then refined the diffuser's fin angles and exit profile through CFD simulation. The geometry smooths airflow off the underbody, reduces rear-end turbulence at speed and adds a measurable contribution to high-speed stability. This is an engineered aerodynamic component, not a cosmetic shell.
