Following the global outbreak of COVID-19, there is a huge amount of uncertainty. AUTOID are pleased to say that we will be resilient to this and will continue to work for the foreseeable future due to our unique family-run business set up. Our HQ is based within 3 miles of our home, meaning travel and exposure to the virus for our staff is very small.
Whilst ensuring that our strict hygiene standards are upheld, it is a relief for us to tell you that "because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging,” the CDC concluded in its recent Q&A.
This means that we will continue to work remotely where possible and dispatch your new orders. That being said, we’re not able to predict the reaction from couriers and postal services and that remains outside of our control. We will continue to keep an eye on developments and update you were necessary.
